REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

All sales are final, we do not do refunds for online orders. Pre orders cannot be refunded due to our all sales are final policy, if you made a pre order you will receive your product guaranteed.

When exchanging an item it must not be worn, damaged, or altered in any way. Do not ship any merchandise back without getting confirmation from us and the correct return address.

We do not refund shipping on Pre Order items, due to all pre orders will be shipped at the same rate it was purchased.

VARSITY JACKET POLICY

NO REFUNDS. VARSITY JACKETS ARE MADE WITH WOOL, WOOL MAY ATTRACT FABRIC & LINT WHICH CAN BE VISIBLE WITH CERTAIN COLORS AND LESS VISIBLE WITH DARKER TONES. THIS CAN BE REMOVED. IF AN EXCHANGE IS NEEDED WE WILL CREATE A NEW JACKET TO SEND. EXCHANGE REQUEST MUST BE APPROVED BEFOREHAND.
